As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, Bill Beazley Homes warrants your home to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of your closing. In addition to our one-year builder warranty every Bill Beazley home is backed by the Strucsure structural warranty, a 10-year insurance backed warranty program.

The Strucsure Warranty is transferable in the event you sell your home within the first 10 years of ownership. This is a great selling tool as it provides the new owner the same peace of mind that you have enjoyed.
