Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us after you move in and start enjoying your new Bill Beazley Home. We are committed to your satisfaction and your confidence in our people, our technology, the materials we use, our construction techniques and our company. We provide a home warranty with every home we build, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns you may have.
As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, Bill Beazley Homes warrants your home to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of your closing. In addition to our one-year builder warranty every Bill Beazley home is backed by the Strucsure structural warranty, a 10-year insurance backed warranty program.
The Strucsure Warranty is transferable in the event you sell your home within the first 10 years of ownership. This is a great selling tool as it provides the new owner the same peace of mind that you have enjoyed.
