Bill Beazley Homes Ranked 159th in the Nation


Based on a number of important statistics, including closings, total revenue, types of homes sold and number of pre-sold homes, Bill Beazley Homes has been recognized as one of the nation's 2011 Housing Giants by Professional Builder magazine.

 On its annual list of the nation's 400 largest builders, Bill Beazley Homes is ranked 159th! The magazine article stated, in part, "After enduring five years of staggering declines in demand, the nation's largest builders have stablized operations and are moving forward with new strategies."

Bill Beazley Homes had 182 closings totalling $34.2 million in 2010. Fifteen percent of those new homes were semi-custom homes, meaning homebuyers chose plans and lots from the Bill Beazley Homes inventory and had them customized to their tastes and their own specifications.
