New Homes Grovetown GA

As you look for new homes in Grovetown GA, remember that you’re not just moving into a home… you’re moving into a community. Here at Bill Beazley Homes, we want to provide you with more than just an award-winning floor plan, top-caliber craftsmanship, energy efficient features, and a 10-year structural warranty. We want to give you a nest that feels like “home” because you have great neighbors and a shared sense of what it means to be a resident of Creek Bend.

Special Events

Bill Beazley holds ongoing special events to make our residents feel welcome in their new homes in Grovetown. For instance, last month we held a “Creek Bend Beautification Day,” where we gave away flowers, gift certificates, mulch, and pinestraw to our Creek Bend residents. The lucky winner of our “Yard of the Month” contest received a special sign, Home Depot certificate and hanging basket. All Creek Bend homeowners received special discounts from local sponsors like the Grovetown Farm and Garden Center, Scotts Lawn Service, and Allgood Pest Solutions. Lowes donated flowers, Home Depot donated gift certificates, local attorney David Hugenin donated cash prizes, Diane Hart from First Bank donated salads, we donated red mulch and pinestraw, Wright McLeod donated Desserts, and Glidden Paints donated gallons of their product to paint mailbox posts. Prudential Beazley Real Estate donated water, soda and hot dogs for our cookout. We love hosting events that bring members of the community out of their homes for a good cause — the beautification of our fine neighborhood for all to enjoy!

Ongoing Improvements

People who live in our new Grovetown GA homes are the sort who truly love living life. They enjoy getting out into the great outdoors, too, which is why we are committed to providing as much green space as possible. Currently, the Trails at Euchee Creek are being extended to connect Creek Bend, Indian Springs and Canterbury Farms. Thanks to a Georgia DOT grant and other funds, we can expect our portion of this multi-million-dollar project to be fully complete by the end of the year!

News & Community

We have also created a site exclusive to our Grovetown residents at www.CreekBendNews.com, which features neighborhood pictures, new neighbor profiles, shared recipes, job listings, school information, local contact phone numbers, classified ads, places to share hobbies and pursuits, a community calendar, and details about our “Yard of the Month” contest. You’ll notice that this new portal is just getting started, but we’re excited about providing this added opportunity for you to get to know your neighbors a little better.
