Our Design Center professionals can help you customize a large selection of award winning plans to your wants and needs. From hundreds of styles of tile flooring and the warmth of hardwood, to a seemingly endless selection of granite, solid surface and quartz countertops, the Bill Beazley Homes Design Center can help you make your home a unique reflection of your personality.

This center, located next door to our main office in Evans, Georgia, is staffed with a full time designer to assist you in this most important step. This is where you will be able to select your flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, appliances, counter tops and fireplace mantels. All are available in different styles, colors and finishes. Your valuable time is not spent going from supplier to supplier to decorate your new home. This concept is one reason our commitment to service is unrivaled in the industry.

A major component of the Bill Beasley Experience is the staffing of our Customer Relations Department. Our Customer Relations director and his staff will guide you through the building and finishing process, onsite inspections and the pre-closing orientation to your new home. This orientation is an opportunity to tour your new home and to receive information regarding the complete operational procedures of your home.

However, the service does not end there. We also provide an excellent warranty program with the purchase of your home. This first-rate program includes a one year Builder’s Warranty, complete with 24-hour service for some systems, and a 2-10 Home Buyer’s Warranty from www2-10.com.
