To make sure we achieve that goal, new homeowners are invited to participate in the design and decorating process of their new homes at the Bill Beazley Custom Homes Design Center. There, a design specialist will guide you through the design process - ensuring each and every aspect of your new home is exactly how you envisioned.
At the design center, your choices are virtually limitless. Our specialists will go above and beyond your expectations, assisting you as you choose every option for your new home ... from flooring to cabinet selections. Working with many of today's finest manufacturers, we provide a wide range of brand name appliances and products to incorporate into the design of your new home. Before construction even begins, you are welcome to make an appointment to visit the design center to share your thoughts and ideas with our design consultant.
The Bill Beazley Homes Design Center was created with you, the buyer, in mind. The goal with its creation was to make the process of decorating your new home as easy as possible. We have display areas set up to showcase your options of flooring, fixtures, cabinets, paint, and the many other items that will make your new home as unique and individual as you are.
After you have finalized the details of your contract, you will be contacted by our Design staff to schedule an appointment in the Design Center. You will need to come in before the decorating deadline stipulated in your contract.
Some items, such as exterior selections, are sent in before your appointment. Please be sure these selections are submitted in writing to eliminate miscommunications and errors.

When you come for your appointment, please feel free to bring anything that will make the decision making process easier for you; i.e. pillows, magazines, etc. Once you arrive for your appointment you will be given a short orientation on our building process and the standard items included in your home. You will then be led through the selections process one room at a time. The entire appointment generally lasts between two and three hours. If additional time is needed, a second appointment will be scheduled.
In addition to the standard items you will be selecting for your home, many options will be made available for your purchase. Please be aware that some options have time constraints and the stage of construction dictates which specific options we are able to offer to you. No changes to the basic construction of the home can be made after framing begins and no changes can be made the last five weeks prior to closing.
