Our Customer Relations Director, Chuck Lacey, and his staff will guide you through the building and decorating process, onsite inspections, and the pre-closing orientation to your new home. This orientation is an opportunity to tour your new home and to receive information regarding the complete operational procedures of your home.

However, the service does not end there. We also provide an excellent warranty program that is included with the purchase of your home. This first rate program includes a one year Builder’s Warranty, complete with 24-hour service for some systems, and a 2-10 Home Buyer’s Warranty (www.2-10hbw.com).

Another way we at Bill Beazley Homes, Inc., strive to achieve our goal of customer satisfaction is with the creation of our Design Center. This center, located next door to our office, is where homebuyers can come to make their selections for their new home. Staffed with a full time Designer, we have brought together samples of all paint, flooring, appliances, fixtures, and cabinets that are available so that your valuable time is not spent going from supplier to supplier to decorate your new home.
