What Makes Bill Beazley Aiken SC Homes Better?

Bill Beazley has been a builder of new semi-custom Aiken homes for over 36 years.

The National Association of Home Builders has awarded several of our builders with the distinction of “Certified Graduate Builder” and “Graduate Master Builder.” This means our builders are highly trained experts.

To receive the Certified Graduate Builder designation, a person must have at least 2 years of home building experience and must successfully complete a series of educational classes ranging from building and project management to technology and safety. They demonstrate compliance with local insurance and liability laws as well.

To receive the Graduate Master Builder designation, a person must have at least 10 years of home building experience and complete a demanding series of advanced building industry courses. Both credentials require commitment to a Code of Ethics and excellence in the field.

What Type of Warranty Do New Homeowners Get?

One of the great things about buying new homes in Aiken is that they come with warranties that pre-owned homes simply do not have. First off, you’ll get a 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. This protects you from any defects in workmanship. Then, on top of that, you will also receive a 10-YEAR STRUCSURE HOME WARRANTY. This begins on Day 1 of closing and will protect you from defects in the frame, floor joists, roof trusses and the foundation. You are even covered for third-party arbitration if there are any disagreements. Should you sell your home before the term expires, your warranty will carry over to the new owner, adding value to your sale.

Here at Bill Beazley, you will find we have a “customer-first” attitude. You’ll have a Bill Beazley representative specially assigned to you — not just to help you through the buying and financing process — but to help you with any questions, concerns or ideas you have in the future as well.

We Are Flexible To Suit Your Needs!

Do you need to move somewhere immediately? We see many buyers who arrive in town on military detail at Fort Gordon and need safe homes for their families right away. We have many move-in-ready homes. With our insider connections to the best mortgage rates, we can ensure that you get approved for financing and moved into your new home on your timetable.

Do you want to customize your own home? Designing a home can be a lot of work! That’s why we have simplified the process for you. Choose your floor plan. Choose your colors. Choose your materials. Choose your finishes. Let us create your semi-custom dream home! Surprisingly, you can do all this for as low as around $64/square foot.
