One of the best things about choosing new Aiken homes rather than some of the older, established homes on the market is that you are treated to excellent customer service. When you buy a gently used home, you receive the keys and are left to your own devices. Any issues you face are your burdens to bear alone. However, when you buy one of the Bill Beazley’s homes, you are buying extra comfort and peace of mind. A Customer Relations Specialist is assigned to you from day one, so you have a “go-to person” long after you’ve signed on the dotted line and moved in. Our Customer Relations Team goes the extra mile to help our community members find the home of their dreams — and keep it that way!

Aiken Homes Warranty

All new homes come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on ALL parts and a 10-year “StrucSure” structural warranty — which is considered the industry’s best possible guarantee. If you have any issues, questions or concerns, you can call your customer care representative to find out when and how to get maintenance work done. We can also refer you to roofers, plumbers and other maintenance technicians we’ve thoroughly vetted.

Our Design Center

One of the things our customers like most about Bill Beazley is our Design Center.

Here, you will customize the floor plan you’ve selected with a wide range of choices that can suit your wants, needs and tastes. You can choose from our samples of flooring, countertops, paints, appliances, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, fireplace mantels, lighting styles, and more! Rather than waste time going from supplier to supplier, you will be treated to a fun day spent with our Interior Designer where you can see, feel and imagine. You’ll find that our commitment to customer service is unrivaled in the industry. When you are assigned a Customer Relations Specialist, he or she will see you through the entire building and finishing process — from making your choices and conducting onsite inspections to waiting for a move-in date and fulfilling the warranty.

Aiken County

Aiken County is the only county in the United States named "Aiken." Formed in 1871 by combining portions of Edgefield, Lexington, Orangeburg and Barnwell counties, Aiken County was named for William Aiken, the first president of the South Carolina Railroad and Canal Company. Mr. Aiken reportedly never visited the County.

Columbia County

Columbia County, the 12th county formed in Georgia, was created in 1790. Originally part of Richmond County, Columbia County was named for Christopher Columbus. Rapid growth has transformed this county from a rural neighbor of Augusta to the major suburban county in the second largest metropolitan area in Georgia.

Richmond County

Augusta is the oldest and second largest city in Georgia. Augusta has been rated as the second best place to live in Georgia, and 111th in the nation. (Places Rated Almanac). Situated on the beautiful Savannah River, Augusta is approximately 150 miles east of Atlanta on Interstate 20 in east central Georgia at the South Carolina border. Augusta is centrally located just two and a half hours from the beach and the mountains.
