Bill Beazley Homes is a family-owned and operated business based in Evans, Georgia, with beautiful new home communities in Columbia and Richmond County in Georgia and Aiken County in South Carolina. Bill Beazley neighborhoods are located in Evans, Martinez, Augusta and Hephzbah in Georgia and North Augusta and Aiken in South Carolina.
Bill Beazley has been recognized numerous times by the Home Builders Association as "Builder Executive of the Year" for the continuous contributions he has made to the development of the counties in which he builds new homes.
Bill Beazley currently serves on four committees of the local Builders Association of Metro Augusta and is a working member of numerous committees at the state level for the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG). He is one of only 10 individuals to ever receive the Hall of Fame Award awarded by the HBAG.
Through years of service to the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders), Bill Beazley has earned the distinction as a "Senior Life Director."
Bill Beazley is past-president of both the Builders Association of Metro Augusta and the Home Builder's Association of Georgia, He has spent his entire career developing neighborhoods, plans and quality products that will be appreciated by the most discriminating buyer.
